During our lengthy contact center careers, we have managed 12 centers in 6 states and all U.S. time zones, with 5,000 agents providing service 24 hours/day, 365 days/year, for 800 clients. Whether the clients were large or small, our goal has always been to provide consistent, high quality service that meets the client's goals and budget.
