Customer Service Representative

Entry level, full-time position (with benefits) for someone interested in delivering consistently excellent customer service over the phone and in writing. This position will support customers through back-office administration, client administration and marketing support.

Senior Customer Service Representative

This full-time role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of high volume, inbound contact center experience! Our Senior Customer Service Representatives handle more complex escalated customer calls in order to resolve in the most satisfactory manner for all parties concerned. 

Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and customer service systems.
