Fortuity owns and operates a 70,000 SF commercial facility in West Franklinton, with capacity for 500 call center agents. We utilize best-of-breed technology to provide a high level of cost-effective service, and seamlessly integrate live agents with customer-friendly technology and automation to best serve our clients.

Our management team has 100+ years of leadership experience successfully managing high-volume, high-quality call centers that service end-customers in multiple industries. During our lengthy call center careers, we have managed 12 centers in 6 states and all U.S. time zones, with 5,000 agents providing service 24 hours/day, 365 days/year, for 800 clients. Whether the clients were large or small, our goal has always been to provide consistent, high quality service that meets the client's goals and budget.

We have serviced the customers of many of America's largest and best known retail, financial services and healthcare companies, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, The Limited, Abercrombie & Fitch, Pottery Barn, J. Crew, Ann Taylor, MedChoice, Henry Schein Animal Health and Giant Eagle.
